We rinsed out a baked bean can ready to recycle but stupidly left it sitting in our sink all night and now we have a rust rink in the sink, any ideas how to remove it? Thanks

what about cif.using 1 of those green scourers

I have consulted two books and they both suggest using lemon juice .Squirt some lemon juice on the rusty patch and, with an old tooth brush, use circular movements until the rust disappears.Rinse well with plenty of cold water. Good luck!

I found Cillit Bang to be good for getting rid of rust.
I drinks lots of hot water and lemon slices and always use the lemon slices afterwards to clean my stainless steel sink. It really works!
