Glass oven door

I have a small oven that is fitted in between cabinets, head-height on the wall.

The glass door opens outwards not downwards and is not removable (it came with the flat and the flat is rented.)

I desperately need to clean the door as it is extremely greasy but whenever i put cleaner on it it just drips down onto the surface without actually removing anything.

Has anyone got any ideas on what I can do to have a nice clean door?

Cillit Bang is amazing for these things. i use it on my oven door and with a bit of elbow grease it comes off. My oven door opens the same as yours so i use it with a scourer.

Remove the door then clean it

There will be 2 small clips on the hinges or 2 revolvable clips that release the door they are not easy to find, you will have to get a proffesional to show you.

there is some great stuff that i cant remember the name of at the moment that they sell in my local hardware store that is like a gel that you paint on - no drips. Other than that, if you are ricj you can pay someone to come and clean it for you
