OK, I admit, I didn't have a clue what a floating mop is. Here's a link for fellow-ignorati :-)

Apologies mallet for interruption (but it will bump it back to the top of the latest list).
spellchecker changed your name - not me.
Do you mean something like Fred's floating map?

I want one! :-)
I think I'd better go to Specsavers
I thought it was a joke Hopkirk. It did make me do a double take though and then I thought, actually a floating map would be really handy.
Actually I do go to Specsavers.

Perhaps I should go back and complain.
Ive got one which was from Lakeland, i really don't think it was worth the money.

Cost me £200 so was expecting it to be good, however i was disappointed.
mallyh, there are so many different brands of 'floating mop' so it's difficult to tell how effective the one you're considering buying is going to be. I've looked at the claims of similar mops with similar sized batteries (anything from 2000mAh - 2600mAh) and similar sized motors. I suspect that all of them would have difficulty cleaning any floor with hardened on grime.

My advice, go for something like this - Amazon.com User Recommendation - not that specifically, you may be able to find one cheaper than that closer to home. This is the type of mop that we used at the Dog Rescue, it was great for soaking up spills and I've never used any other mop that could squeeze out as well as that one.

Either way, I wouldn't go for the floating mop.
That would give a fantastic back rub.
Especially if you ironed out the microfibre pads first, before giving the back rub that is.
Not at all, Xero. Nice and rough for a really good rub. :-)
Well well well . G is looking for ‘ a bit of rough’ !!!
Nice too, Anne. You omitted that bit. :-)
NICE .
That’s better. :-)
Well that’s the next birthday present sorted then ;-)
That’s you sorted Dave .
