Any pastry for pies you can whizz in a processor. Don't like shop bought. Oh recipes please and thanks

Yes just use half fat to plain flour put in the whizzer and whizz. Then add water a little at a time till it comes together
If that was nit clear depending on the size you need use (say) 100g of butter and 200g of flour or 200g butter to 400g flour

jennyjoan; maybe you don't blend if as much, so as to leave small blobs of butter, rather than turning the dry mix into sawdust?
There is nothing wrong with shop bought, tbh I would rather user shop bought than get a processor out wash it use it wash it again and then put it away.

You can make a version of rough puff but it won’t be a true puff
