As long as the freezer is set up for the door to be reversed, yes, 5 minute job.
Very easy.
Worth asking the seller if they will do it for you.
If it's designed to be changeable someone with the right tools should be able to do it. Not always a 5 minute job though - it took me an hour to reverse the doors on my new fridge freezer & I'm no slouch at DIY!
I did this very task approx 12 months ago. It was a beko (5 foot upright) freezer. Seller wanted £40 to reverse the door. Therefore I chose to do it myself. Took about 30 minutes. Point of note, ensure the model you purchase is designed, such that the door can be reversed!

I did this for a friend a couple of years ago.
Pretty easy, not a 5 minute job, closer to 30 minutes as stated above. I think most freezers and fridges are designed such that the door opening can be swapped.
Turn it upside down?

This has been tried. Unfortunately when you pull the drawers out, all the contents fall into the floor ;-)
And instead of cooling, it heats.

This problem can be obviated by removing the plug from the electrical socket ;-)

Guilty as charged, your honour,,,
You need to make sure that you can do it. A relative bought a fridge freezer that only opened one way and it wasn’t possible to change it.
