i have bought some suede shoes, and yes they are blue before someone
says, and i wondered if there is a product that helps.
The brand crep protect is good.

Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation

You can get it elsewhere also
I bought one on Amazon or eBay that really worked. I'll check back when I'm on my tablet.
What kind of protection are you after? Crep protect will apply a layer on your shoes which means water and dirt simply run off the side.

thanks spath, but i wasn't thinking of spending that much..
Question Author
thanks pasta, that would be a help
That is for a Crep protect kit. I was unsure what kind of protection you wanted, but you can buy the sprays individually.

I don't think emmie has stepped in any Crep. She just needs a spray protection.
emmie,
I have a spray can (Kiwi) Suede and Nubuck protector in Neutral. I use it for my Caterpillar Boots. Bought in Timpsons or Sainsbury I think.
Crep is a youthful term for "shoes". Their spray though is actually really good... but it certainly can't beat £3.48!! that is a very good price for shoe protection

thanks retro, sainsburys is too far away for me to travel, though i do shop online with them. I need some fairly soon as i have more than one pair of fabric/suede shoes.

Emmie just google suede shoe protector there are lots. I bought the Timpson one, but I know you have limited mobility so have a look on line
Question Author
spath that one crep is 10.00 plus delivery, where did you get the cost of 3.48.
The Kiwi is £3.48 but that is a foam cleaner.
From Retros link, Emmie regarding the Kiwi protection.

I would personally say crep protect is worth £10 depending how much you spent on the shoes, of course. I don't get commission though, so i really don't mind what you end up with, but it is certainly my suggestion, be it a pricey one.

I'm sure when it came out it was pioneering in the shoe protection industry but maybe not

thanks guys will look into all suggestions.
If you have a Deichmann near you, there one is very effective and reasonable.
I've used Lidl's own W5 Waterproofing Spray on leather shoes, jackets and old umbrellas. Works a treat....and only £1.99!
@15.52 snap! lot of others are just over priced. Aldi sell it too.
