Computer Problem

My computer was hacked just before Christmas. I had it professionally cleared out afterwards & I did all the right things.

The problem that I have had since then is that when anyone tries to reply to e-mails that I send, they do not come to me. They are going to an e-mail address similar to mine but one which I cannot access.

If my correspondents contact me by sending a new e-mail, rather than replying to the one that I have sent them, I receive them without any problems.

Can anyone advise me on how to get round this situation please?

No guaranteed answer but look at your settings. Are your e-mails going out initially with your return e-mail address incorrect ? Check for where it's defined in your e-mail client settings.

Thanks for your speedy reply. I will look into that now.
Did you have many email accounts here? Maybe it is the multiple email account settings caused this problem. Check it or delete one or more to see if this error solved.

Thank you both for your suggestions. Unfortunately the problem is still there.

I have only ever had one e-mail address.
How to use the email? send email in the online account or use an email application?

if you are using the online account, try to download an application to try. If you are using an email application, try to login in online.
