Do you think Tescos is getting expensive or is it just my imagination?

I haven't noticed it being much more expensive than usual. We have a new Co-op, though, which I do notice as being expensive.

Well we never get any vouchers given at the till now. They tell me in the shop that the vouchers coming out the till are very few and far between
. Thats just one example.

I hardly ever use Tesco these days. For my main shop, I use my local Lidl and Co-op, with an occasional trip to Sainsburys.

I still go to Tesco for my annual pants and socks shop, and I buy a couple of shirts there a year, but thats it.

No. I don't find it expensive. Especially the fruit and veg.

I buy a lot of fruit and vegetables there., they are good.

I've noticed that in a lot of supermarkets there has been an increase in prices, a couple of pence, so not massively noticeable,

I prefer them to the greengrocers. I really like their meat too. And their range is fantastic. At the moment I have in my basket Ostrich, venison, steak, tuna steak , squid, prawns, salmon...and all delivered with a smile :-)

Jo - I do my shop online. I can't really shop in person. I don't have a car and my other half will buy anything that has a sticker on it!

I find the on line Tesco is quite good,especially when they substitute goods.I ordered a dozen snack bars which the substituted with an assortment of 24 snack bars for the same price.

Well I have noticed a lot of price increases at Sainsbugs.

You really have to keep your eyes open. They all draw you in with cheap bread, milk and petrol, then sting you on other stuff.

I include Waitrose in my wanderings, and for some things they are very competitive.

Yeah...they do that a lot. I ordered 2 figs and I got two bags of figs.
