Well I have had peace restored, long may it last.
I do not know what the man from the council environment depart has said to the young man but I have not heard a squeak. Not heard any noisy visitors either. I do hope he hasn't tied him up and left him in a corner :)

The way you misunderstood 1ozzy etc is probably an indication of why you were unable to communicate effectively with the nieghbour to resolve your issue .
Now you have resorted the environmental health, it may have sorted out the problem short term , but not very nice for neighbour relations in the long term.

I suspect I'm far from it.

And I think anyone who considers themselves "normal" has a lot to learn.
