Can anyone help ,got some Artex Peelng away from the celling can i put on the ready mix one to fill in or should i mix it myself its only slightly where the damp is ,its above the bay window . thanks

I would say deal with the damp first.
Beware of artex lady. If it is the older type it is hazardous after being damp. It can release asbestos particles after being wetted is usually removed by specialists. If you are sure that it is fairly recently applied get the ready mixed, it is a whole lot less messy.
Buy some Polytex. It's available in tubs in most DIY sheds. It's easier to use and contains no asbestos. You've not said if the artex is patterned, but you can mimic the pattern by hand if it's not too complex and blend it in with the existing patter. It should be fairly easy if it's only a small patch you want to repair.
