Some shops offer free fitting, but that's usually if you are having underlay.I think you may find though that if the fitting is cheap, the carpet will probably be more.

How big is the carpet? It may be cheaper for you to check the end of roll pieces carpet shops sell at a discount and negotiate a fitting price.
