what sort of paste are you using?
Will it stick to the porcelain ?

cant remember the name but it was in a yellow packet and the bins have just been emptied, bought it from poundland.
if it is coming off I suspect you haven't used a suitable paste for heavy wallpaper. If the lining paper stayed up, for the moment I can only think the paste is inadequate.

Also you need to use the right amount rather than soak the wallpaper, although I'm unsure that is the issue here.

no it dosn't stick to the porcelain.
"bought it from poundland"

Maybe I'm being cynical but I'm assuming it wasn't a well known brand. Go try a big name brand paste. And pop into Poundland, check what it was you used.
You need a heavy duty wallpaper adhesive,I suspect that from poundland is just pure rubbish

Back again I followed the instructions on the back for vinyl is said I think ten pints of water for the whole packet but I only used half at a time.
