We have a garden well stocked with rhododendrons and azaleas which are all fairly reliable flowerers but one refuses to flower. It leafs fine but never has any flower buds. We've had it about 5 years. Any suggestions other than dig it up & replace it!

It doesn't seem to make any sense.
