I wondered just the same. I have one cat that really won't anything else.
Same here, but it's mainly the boy cats the two girls tend not to be too bothered.
Totally different if I manage to buy catnip drops - ever seen cats drool?
Question Author
I grow catmint (Nepeta) in the garden, and said moggy rolls and drools on that.
Give these a try:

Patches highly approved of them when I offered them as an apology after leaving her alone for two nights.
Chris, your spoiling that cat !.
Question Author
Ahhh, I don't have a Sainsbury.
Question Author
Tonyav, cats are on this earth for one reason, to be spoiled,
Chris that is some serious spoiling!!
I know, ferlew. Our cat Daisy loves those Dreamies, it's like some kind of drug to her.
Question Author
Exactly Tonyav, just perusing the package contents here.
Mmmmmm, let us know what you find then please, ferlew.
Question Author
I had a Daisy too, Daisy Mae, an Apricot Point Siamese.
DM for short, Daft Mare, Dining Machine, Daddy's Munchkin. :)
All I know is that if there is an open packet of Dreamies lying around they won't be there for very long (we hide them in the microwave - there's one built into the kitchen but I don't use it) they even pull the empty packets out of the waste bin, consequently all empty packets now go into the big kitchen bin!
Question Author
Yeast & Fish derivatives? = to 1% salmon & trout? no idea.
Our cat started out has Daisy Mae ( named by my eldest daughter ) but it eventually got shortened to Daisy.
Question Author
I offered a few to the dogs, they stalked off in disgust !
No mention of cocaine then, ferlew lol.
Daisy? That's a nice name for a cat. We have Molly, Max, Henry, Lou (short for Louise - started off as Louis as we were told she was a boy! Guess what? She's a girl!) and then there's our little Teddy (named after the old gentleman who found him and his mum and siblings and took them to the Blue Cross)
Question Author
Oh, I have a Louis too, Felix lookie likie.
nungate, we also have to get rid of any empty Dreamie bags pretty quick, I think she would eat the empty bag if we were to let her.
