Fittinga New Line On A Ryobi Strimmer

Has anyone any tips on doing this. No matter how hard I try it still keeps jamming up. I try not to cross the line when winding. It is a double spool.

We also took ours back and they gave us a replacement. O.K. until it needed new thread - definitely rubbish. Will be taking what "Which" says with a pinch of salt in future. Ony because of them we bought it. Thank you for replying.
