Since having central heating installed in April this year I have had to replace the washer in the kitchen sink hot tap six times.

I am advised that even though I have reduced the temperature of the water at the Baxi boiler I should replace the normal rubber washer with a Red One that withstands heat. Has any one any idea where you can buy these special heat resisitant washers as I cannot find a supplier at all.
