heating on, thermostat off!

Our combi boiler is in garage, and we have a wireless thermostat in hall. Today the heating came on but the thermostat is switched off, faulty thermo (we have had it about 6 months) or a ghost??

Central Heating Room Thermostat?

My central Heating is supplied by a Combi Boiler, and the radiators all have thermostativ valves - except the small one in the bathroom (I think at least one rad has to be left with a normal valve)....

Do these thermostats ever work? I have lived in about three houses now and it never seems to click the heating on or off you just use it as an on or off switch, or have I just been unlucky ??

Central Heating

My central heating keeps going on and off. I use the thermostat in the morning to switch it on and then thermostat to switch it off at night. The central heating has now gone off altogether regardless...
