I don't, but Good Luck to them if they can maximise their opportunities!
Absolutely. People near Wimbledon have been doing it for years. Likewise around the various venues for Open golf. Many players and journalists find it much more convenient to rent private houses. There was a story a few years ago that said that one tennis player (Agassi, Sampras? Can't remember) had rented the same house by Wimbledon Common for ages.
'Supply and demand is an economic model of price determination in a market. In a competitive market, the unit price for a particular service will increase or decrease until it settles at a point where the quantity demanded by customers equals the availability of supply.'
quite so, If they ask for more than the market will bear, they won't get it. But if you want to pay £500 a night to live in my garden shed, we have a deal.
acttually, I don't have to wait for the Olympics
