HOW DO I RE-LOAD THE SPOOL..? I CANNOT FIND THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL. I HAVE READ (ON A Google PAGE) THAT YOU "PULL OFF" THE WHOLE THING AND THREAD IT CLOCKWISE. SADLY, NO MATTER HOW HARD I PULL, IT WON'T COME OFF..! AM I MISSING SOMETHING..? CAN ANYONE HELP..?

I don't have the same model as you but on mine you have to hold the outer collar firm while pushing the centre hub in and twisting anticlockwise ,the centre hub and the spool then spring out . (the collar stays on ) . When refitting the hub you have to match the two arrows up . Mine is an old model - i've had it a number of years .
