Insulation Grants

Are you restricted to fibre glass insulation in your loft or is it possible to use another material and pay the difference?

Depends on the company fitting it. I had mine done a couple of weeks ago with glass fibre and it has made a huge difference.

Loft insulation grants in N Ireland

My disabled daughter lives with us and is in receipt of the high rate of DLA. We are not disabled however. Do you know if we can avail of any grants for loft insulation here in Northern Ireland?
