Repairs Needed - Name of companies to carry out the repairs

Hi,

I am about to buy a house and have recently had a Home-Buyers report carried out on the property.

The report has found that the property needs alot of work done to it.

Do you know of any companies that can give me a quotation on the works that need to be done? Specifically a company that can quote of the works as a whole and then would manage their sub-contractors.
