Help with a surveyor.
My brother has made an offer to buy a single storey property, 2 rooms, water ,electricity ,toilet.The property was a shop previously and my brother intends to use it as a shop.
It will be a cash purchase, and he needs to have a survey done before proceeding.
What kind of things would a surveyor check in the property and roughly how much would it be.
The property is at the end of a row of terraced houses., and is attached to the last house.There are no shared drives or anything like that.
