Any idea where one can buy just a cover (I already have a basic bean bag) or alternatively a pattern to make one?

I had a really shabby old bean bag, and bought a cover from IKEA via ebay, cost me 5, and now my son has a giant frog, complete with crown to sit on!!
If you want to make your own cover then the pattern is simple: Think of a Terry's orange segment and cut a shape in the scale you want to match what you see of the segment before you separate it from the complete ball (i.e. the outside surface). In fact, think of several segments together, only enough to divide the circumference into, say, eight (or perhaps five) super-segments. Then cut a bit off each end of the super-segment and make up an octagonal (or pentagonal) shape to form "ends" to your bag because sewing this on is easier than joining up eight (five) segments in a point at the "apex" (each end). This takes more fabric than you would think because of the waste. Start off with a pattern shape from paper or scrap fabric (old curtain ?).
I made two . I bought two quilt covers from a charity shop and cheap bed linen shop If want to keep popper opening use top if don't use one corner.Only need to sew up one side then and what ever opening you want, velcro zip ect
