vokera combi not firing up

i have a vokera combi boiler, as soon as it fires up it goes off again and all i get is luke warm water, there is no visible pilot light, no thermo couple.

 first thing check gauge

black needle must between

1.5 and 2bar, if ok could b diverter valve not makeing micro switch.

boiler could b electronic ign (no pilot)

also check air pressure micro switch

which works with fan ign

Plumber recently told me that its probably water pressure too low. so as petejay says check bar pressure. if too low you need to get more water into the system.
