i am a beneficiary in a will but have fell out will the executor, but the will is also being handled buy a solicitor can the executor shop me for my entitlements

They can't interfere with the correct payment of any legacy to you ... if they choose to inform the benefit authorities that you now have some resources, then it is only something you should do yourself anyway ...

As has been said the executor and solicitor will ensure that you as a legatee will receive what you are due your personal relations with the executor are irrelevant.
