Hi, Can anyone live in Housing Association Properties, or do you have to be receiving Housing Benefit? Also, How do you go about finding Housing Association Properties? Thanks in advance.

Anyone can. Most have criteria for accepting you onto their waiting lists, low wage or benefit receipt is usually the main one.
You have to apply to the HAs in your area and they will then offer you a suitable property when one becomes available.

Try Direct.gov & go on to link where you put in your postcode.

I forgot to add, I have a cat. Would they allow it?

Most will allow you to have a cat, some won't though.
