Would be obliged if anyone could give me suggestions as to how to clean up a telephone cable. I have just decorated and the cable looks a bit grubby.

Hi Elmarjori,

Might I suggest that you replace the cable. It is not a difficult job to do and is inexpensive. You will never get the original back to its same colour again. In most cases it is only a matter of unpluging it from the handset and the phone

B&Q - Maplins - Homebase or any phone shops sell them for a few pounds.
