I was putting away some jalapeno peppers seeds and rubbed my cheek with my hand. My cheek is burning and I don't know what to do. Help!

Splash with cold water and if this doesnt work sorry!!!

best thing to counteract chilli burn is dairy products so rub a little milk or yogurt over it
