Start of with 50 and remove 20% for every item broken.
Call me mean but I no longer tip anybody.

Everyone gets paid at least the minimum wage today and I consider tipping to be unnecessary.

If you intend you use removal men regularly - and the same company - you may want to tip though!
You're mean.
When we moved into this house 3 and a half years ago we tipped our removal men 50, though they had loaded us up one day, driven 300 miles, and then on the second day sat outside our new house for 6 hours before we even got the keys. Would probably have been 20 - 30 if the move had been more local and easier.
ethel, some people actually depend on tips to keep them above water. Scrooge!

I'm kind of with Ethel on this one. While I would give a tip (not an excessive one mind!) if they did a good job, I don't think it shold be expected that I give them one. That's the probelm with tipping, it's become expected. You should only tip when you feel you have been given an exceptionally good service.
