We have a Polti 2400 which heats water up to quite a high pressure but produces no steam......Any suggestions welcome or even a site where I can download a user manual thanks

I was going to add limescale. I have a hometek one and if I don't descale it every time or use distilled water it always clogs up and produces no steam.

Rainwater captured in a clean non metallic container is also very good, and cheap
