goo for them. Lets hope you get fined and points for no insurance.

I like the way you say you have no insurance and not even 'i had no insurance at time'.

The fact that the accident was the other drivers fault (in your opinion) makes no difference to whether youll get reported or not.

why did you not have insurance? There is no valid reason, No insurance, no driving!! The other driver may have been at fault but hey at least they had insurance.
basically you will either get a hefty fine or may lose your license
Oh noes, not another one!

im a student, and insurance at the time was too expensive. i was hoping his insurance say, i cant claim, then i will fix the damage myself, because its only a little dent on the front left hand side of the my car. the driver crashed into two other cars in the process, writting off both cars. lucky no one was hurt.
I'm hoping his insurance say i cant claim, then end of story.
so you can afford your car? Did you have car tax? Insurance isnt that much really. What kind of car do you have? You cant stop them reporting you
If you cant afford insurance then you cant afford a car. Thats a pretty easy calculation, i take it youre not studying accountancy or anything involving sums.

As has been said, points and a fine. with any luck loss of your licence may prevent you driving.

Insurance is to cover those around you, not just to pay for damage to your own car.
But it won't be the end of the story, if his insurance Comapany is telling you they are going to report you, you can bet your ass that they will, they're not likely to say "well if you promise not to do it again".

Insurance was too expensive? Try taking the bus like other people who can't afford (or don't want to) drive.

How would you feel if after you've graduated and driving and spending your hard earned money on insurance and someone rammed you sending YOUR premium up? I'll bet you'll not be best pleased about that.
My sister in law is a student, works, runs a car (Insured, taxed and MOT'ed), and pays rent
You have no excuse for not having insurance, driving without insurance is a criminal offence.

I hope you receive a hefty fine and lose your licence. What would your excuse be if the accident had been your fault and you'd hurt someone? even (God forbid) killed them? could you live with yourself?

they didnt say they were going to report me, they are investigating the matter, i should here from them this week or next.
this is a lesson i have learned without a doubt.
good
Well, at least you have learned your lesson, please don't do it again though, we can't afford our premiums going up further LOL.
LET HIM THAT IS WITHOUT SIN, THROW THE FIRST STONE,

can any of you remember something that you have done and got away with, perhaps many years ago, ?

obviously this guy iwrong, but he is big enough to admit it,
so can I ask are you insured now or still driving your car?
so youre insured now then?
if you are then youll have seen the premium thats payable by everyone to cover the uninsured.

Oh and dont forget to notify them of your points when you get them, this will push your premium even higher. So you may think you saved money by avoiding it but its doubtful.
logic, just stand still mate so we can get a good aim :)

Miss E Gogg
logic how do you know its a guy? And what are we sposed to do say oh thats ok you'll just get a telling off but as long as you're sorry now. Yes everyone makes mistakes but cant say I;ve broken the law, and most people make mistakes because they have forgotten but they have openely admitted they couldnt afford it, so as redcrx says cant afford insurance shouldnt drive a car
Case closed ,
trial by sisters.
verdict . guilty, :-)
Oh ok I agree with everyone that isnt my sis, eeeeeerm let me see still guilty
Have you even passed your driving test? Do you have a UK driving licence?

I get the impression you are not Britsh - are you driving on a foreign licence?
