I am wondering what type of trees you mean. If you mean trees such as oak, horse chestnut, sycamore, birch, beech etc, then just collect the acorns/conkers/ seeds etc put them in small pots over the winter and hey presto next spring you will have the beginings of a forest. You do not need a greenhouse. Cuttings from shrubs will depend on type.
