Hi, Brown 'Leopard Spots' on Lily of the Valley leaves before turning rusty orange. Soft and wilted, not dry. Began with a couple of leaves, now large patches spreading in different area of the garden. Should I dig them up - or just clear foliage at end of season? Hoping someone has ideas - many thanks!
