I planted two Pin Oaks appropriately four years ago. They look great except one developed knuckle sized lumps with tiny holes in them. These lumps are located on several branches. Help!

The lumps sound like one of the many galls that can often be found on oak trees, they are caused by a tiny wasp that according to the species lay their eggs in various parts of the tree. they are unlikely to cause any real harm to the tree.
