When I have made too much I usually put in small containers and freeze and never label so it's lucky dip when coming to use them .

After 1 or 2 epic fails I have learnt my lesson. My labelling is now meticulous.

I don't do cooking and freezing so all my things are labelled. Chips, peas, sweetcorn, chopped onions, etc.

I much prefer turkey or chicken legs/thighs, properly roasted and rested, I hasten to add.
