How easy is it to make a wind chime?

Wondered if it would be easy to make a wind chime for outside as mine has seem better days. I wanted to perhaps use an old straight rolling pin (wooden) to hang things from. Any ideas would be welcome!

The materials used, which would determine the amount of noise it makes, should be used in direct correlation as to whether your neighbour has a shotgun.....

I threatened to shove my neighbours 2 windchimes up their chuff if they didn't remove them from their yard, this was after asking them politely to take them down as they were keeping me awake (they refused).

Exactly daffy, the neighbour behind had one and it actually put me off sitting in my own garden..............his next-door neighbour ended up punching him and tearing it down.
