Do any one of you clever people know the best way to remove green algae from a conservatory roof. I´ve tried a solution of washing up liquid and bleach but it didn´t work. Any suggestions greatly appreciated:)

I´m a female......but I think it´s clear plastic. Needless to say I´m blond hence no idea really lol
Probably either glass or some kind of plastic for a conservatory. Wouldn't a long handled / stiff bristled brush be the answer ?

Thanks old geezer but I´ve tried that too :(
I would suggest accurately defining the roof material before you start any physical methods of getting rid of algae. If you scrub or jet blast polycarbonate it is likely to go opaque.
I always use a mould and mildew remover on mine, along with a long handled broom.
