Identifying a tree

I'm trying to identify this tree, a bit of which I stole this morning.

I know it's an acer but which type of acer.........help please :-)

it is Acer Brilliantissima
looks like a Acer Orange Beauty to me.

I knew this site wouldn't let me down..................it'a about 3 metres high.

Well there are so many acers and some look the same in spring and autumn...I'd stick with the brilliantisimum but I'm no expert, I just love them.
