More details would help! A Mareva is a 'Mareva order' (or 'Mareva injunction') which prevents a party in litigation from using or realising assets, pending the resolution of the action.In particular it effectively freezes bank accounts which they have or have control over .

thanx fredpuli....mareva is to freeze assets of estate and 'angels' r the heavies who bash thieving bukkers - so am told ;)
