fitted wardrobe doors

All the fitted wardrobe doors that my ex put together a year ago are all coming off at the hinges,shall I take all the hinge fittings of entirely and refit somewherelse on the doors?and if so do i need those little plugs in first that srews go into?I'm clueless.
