I have once changed it but this time by mistake put transparent silicon. It is black and visible again. I remember once a person fitted a bath tub ay my mums home and he used white which looks like wood on the edge between bath tub and wall. But before he put it there he Sprayed something on that which I believe was some sort of glue because he did not use any adhesive. what sort of glue that is and was where can I get that. And was that really wood he put there. Thanks in advance.

You can get sealant with anti fungus in it from all diy stores.
Remember to fill the bath with water before sealing, if you do it dry the sealant will split when the bath settles with the weight in it once filled.
