Remove sticky residue from vinyl tiles

Hi, apart from using a heatgun/hairdryer is there a product that I can buy off the shelf that will remove the very sticky residue left on the concrete floor after removal of vinyl tiles.

Oh if was just bits of it everywhere I;d recommend putting sticky tape over and pulling it off with that. Mmmmm let me think....... hairdryer :-)

I want to lay ceramic tiles....can I get away with just laying the adhesive on top of the glue residue?
