Please help me i am in a bit of a dilema. I was bought a fantastic navy blue sofa it is a very high quality leather and extremly comfortable the only problem is that i have no idea what colour to paint my room. I currently have butterscotch walls and it looks ok but i would like to redecorate and am at a loss. Also thinking of a feature wall with some very nice wall paper maybe with gerberas or some sort of flowers but will be open to any ideas thanks.

think you should go with that really bright green thats around at the moment, and use lots of natural canes/bamboos etc. Have Fun!

that sounds nice but i don't think my husband would go for that i like creams and metallics but the chairs have dark wood on them.
Homebase have some nice papers, one in particular has large flowers in pale blue on light background. Feature wall with this, cream paint or paper on the remainder. Pale blues are very in and plenty of papers, cushions, vases etc. in the shops at present to get the look. Add some dark brown items to the scheme to balance with your wood on the chairs.

thanks for all the answers have plenty to go with now bye
I also have a navy sofa, my walls are mustard yellow, have cream curtains and a pale blue carpet, also have put cream and chocolate brown cushions on my sofa, looks great!! You could try painting one wall a darker shade, or blue and chocolate brown wall paper ( very modern!)
good luck!!
