Serious Question! What happens to sperm/semen if it doesn't leave the body? Does it just disperse or what? Thanks in advance :o)

sperm have a limited life in the seminal vesicles. when they age they are reabsorbed into the body. semen is a mixture os sperm and seminal fluid,. the seminal fluid is not storedd for long periods of time, but secreted during sexual excitement. so this isnt really a problem.

Maybe when we die we become worm food. Regarding the original question, a mate of mine at uni told me he once had a problem - really sore balls. So he went to his gp, who told that if he had not ******* for a while, it could be the cause. So he went home, jerked off, and problem was solved.
