How do I change a fuse on a Maxol 402 Microturbo boiler?

Hi there, I have a new baby at home and for the first time in 7 months felt the need to turn on the gas heating - except it didnt work!. Its a Maxol microturbo402 boiler, Its a new system, (Only 14 months old) I did notice that none of the lights are on on the boiler itself (in the kitchen), but I have checked all of the fuses and power and they are all ok, so I suspect its an internal fuse.

Has anyone ever worked on this model and advise how I go about changing an internal fuse?

I managed to find the manual on it, but no info on its internals or power
