Help! I need a wiring diagram for a two way light switch that operates my landing light, my living room light and a connected dimmer switch. There are blue, red and yellow wires but i dont know what goes where!!! I'd appreciate any help, Ta.

Although these circuits aren't complicated, personally I think it is beyond the scope of what can be explained in text on the AB site to explain to you how to do this. It isn't quite is simple as 'the yellow wire goes here' approach and electricity is potentially lethal. Whilst you shouldn't need to call an electrician out to do this, you really need to find a friend with a multimeter who knows what they are doing.

Thanks for the advice Buildersmate. I eventually got it after i phoned a mate with an identical house. It turns out i had swopped a yellow wire with a red one and had the dimmer switch working the landing light instead of the living room. You'll be pleased to hear i did the job with the power switched off. Thanx again.
