Tiles existing on floor. Need regrouting with white grout. Have removed old grout.
Want to water proof grout when done but do not want to use the quick dry epoxy solution after reading reviews.
Do I regrout and then paint each individual line of grout with a fine brush with waterproof sealer or do I put sealer over the whole floor

I think that you'd use waterproof grout. I can't see professional floor layers going over the joints with a sable brush.
All grout is waterproof. That’s what it’s for.
I agree with the others. No painting or sealing needed. Epoxy grout is ideal for this.
I'm often wary of bad reviews. Poor results are usually due to wrong preparation or inexperienced application.
Follow the instructions and you'll be fine.
