I had black mould in the bathroom and got rid of it very easily with Cilit Bang Black Mould Remover
I don't think a specialist "mould killer" has anything in it that ordianary bleach doesn't have. I used to use diluted bleach.
It will come back if you don't sort the problem out, though.
Tried bleach first and it did not work very well.
"Astonish mould and mildew remover", large spray bottle ,about £1+ in some shops
mould and mildew remover in a gun spray available in most pound stores !
open the window after showers and baths !
HG bathroom mould spray available in the likes of Robert Dyas and Homebase etc.
Get it established and nothing much shifts it. Replacement of silicon seal (or in your case ceiling) is a possible risk.
Ordinary chlorine bleach WILL work...but needs a few applications. Use diluted (say25%), leave to dry...apply again, let dry...then one more time. Don't rinse off at all.
agree with janbee defo try HG mould spray. made my grout look as white as they day i did it well impressed for a fiver

Thanks all HG it is then.
Can you come and do my bathroom ceiling please?
Bleach will work but these things always come back unless you tackle the root cause and in bathrooms that is warm humid conditions, perfect for mould.
