Got a BAXI combi 105HE boiler. There is a slow water leak from behind the front control panel. Any ideas where it is coming from?

Probably the 3-way valve next to the circulation pump, or maybe one of the water joints.
Do have it looked at as soon as possible. A small drip is a problem, but if it turns into a spray, then it could get into the control box. That happened on my own boiler, and I had to have a new circuit board (not a cheap item.)
