Having just checked Ecowarms homepage it states Free for all .. I expect it is.

The government along with other leading nations signed up to the Kyoto Protocol. The aim is to reduce their output of harmful gases/carbon over a given period, and therefore reduce the greenhouse effect. Whether they succeed or not is a different matter, but they do have to bee seen to be making an effort.
The company I work for have just been given a bundle of government money to give away in the form of free energy efficiency measures, in and around the home.
The biggest problem we have is getting the message through to people
.. IT'S FREE... the reply usually is .." But how much does it really cost ?"
I expect Ecowarm are having the same problem we have...giving it away.!
People are always suspicious if you say it's free.
They may well make their money when they complete a short questionaire/survey with you (we do). These surveys when brought together will show the state of the nations fuel efficiency.
So one way of gaining entry and getting this information is to offer free energy efficiency measures... insulating, draughtproofing etc.. and then installing it.
Once these measures are installed it wont be just your house, but it will be in tens of thousands of houses across Britain. The government will then have statics to present at the next summit showing how they have spent money wisely reducing our nations carbon output.
They get the brownie points and dont get fined if they have met their targets.
So grab it if you can ... it's free.!
